The Safety and Reliability Improvement Partner Programme addresses the influence and impact of organisational climate, leadership commitment, reliability science and high-performance work practices on quality and safety outcomes in healthcare.
The programme is designed to meet healthcare organisation’s needs by recognising existing effective systems and programmes, building an improvement culture and the capability to understand, value and deliver safe and reliable care.
In 2015 seven organisations were recognised by Cognitive Institute in their selection as inaugural Safety and Reliability Improvement Partners. These include Singapore’s Alexandra Health and KK Women's and Children's Hospital, as well as Australian organisations Sydney Adventist Hospital, Melbourne Health, Metro South Health Service – Addiction and Mental Health Services, Metro South Health Service – Logan Bayside Health Network, and Children’s Health Queensland.
A limited number of additional Safety and Reliability partnerships are now available for leading health service organisations committed and dedicated to quality improvement. For further information, please contact Cognitive Institute.
